Australia where I live is a bit too far away to get back for the 50th but I appreciate having been contacted, reading the postings by others, and thanks to the Backmans for getting this up and running. |

Looking forward to seeing you all at the reunion. Alma & I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in 2011. We have two children & their spouces. They have given us 10 grand children & eleven great grands. We enjoy our two homes..one in So. Ogden & one in Ivins, Utah. We have great fiends we do many activities with. We enjoy the things southern Utah offers while we are there & the northern Utah activitities. Seems like life is on high speed, but we do try to high on & enjoy the ride ... |

I am terribly sorry that I will be missing this one also. I have a very busy schedule this Summer and fall: convention in Arizon, some workshops and travel to Europe. I wish you all the very best! |

After High School, I joined the Air National Guard for 6 years less 2 years on a mission in Australia. Met the love of my life, Karen. Married in 1968 and moved to Mission Viejo, CA, in 1970 to sell clinical laboratory instruments and have been doing it ever since all over the US and Canada. Got an MBA degree. We have raised 4 children who all graduated from BYU with Master Degrees and have blessed us with 18 grandchildren. We have lived in Highland, UT, for almost 6 years. We have been houseboating at Lake Powell every year for 30 years, fishing at Flaming Gorge for the same, and riding ATVs in American Fork Canyon for the last 5 year. Will retire soon and serve a mission somewhere. Best Wishes to all in the Class of 62! |

Wow, it's hard to believe that I have managed to stuff this much life into only 50 years. But, like all good cheese and wines, we only get better with age.
Many years of traveling all over have finally deposited me into the Dallas/Ft Worth area where I am happily still working in hopes of being abel to retire some day. (not really)
If I am able to make this reunion (which I hope to do) it will by my first.
Looking forward to it.
Gerry

Mary Jane Martin Lundgren and I are looking forward to the reunion. Retired life is good. We just returned from a one year mission at the temple in Stockholm Sweden. It was great to be on a mission and great to return to the land of my birth. |

Thank you for keeping us together. I'm not sure how long I will continue to teach - 1, 2, 3 years. Maybe just 1. It is nice to know I have a choice. A few years ago i was asked to begin an AP Biology program at Hunter High. This last school year was the third year of operation. We had more students take the test this year than any year I have taught. I am ready to hand it over to the next generation.
Coaching track and field is still a part of my life. I'm not the head coach, i leave that to the young and energentic. This year, however, we had 2 State Champions and 1 All American. It's hard to leave with such success. |

Good job all you that are trying to keep us East High Alums connected!! I won't make it to the reunion, but am happy to report I am well and still nearly in my right mind! Also, I want to apologize to anyone I may have slighted in High School. And forgive those that slighted me in any way. Keep on truckin' "Rosie" |

Jim, Rick and others, Thank You for all the work you have done and are doing. This time I hope to be in the U.S. My FBI career had us living at U.S. Embassies, 6 years in Bonn, Germany, 4 years in Berlin, Germany, and 3 years in Israel. It would have been difficult to make the last 3
Look forward to seeing everyone!!

I have enjoyed heading up a major finding effort. We have an address for all but 24 of our classmates for our first mailing to go out this week. Note that we have a Facebook group page under East High Class of 1962. Please sign up on that Facebook page if you have an existing Facebook account. CHEERS 50 YEARS
